Neurodynamic Breathwork is a breathing practice that allows the body to release stored tension and reconnect with deeper layers of emotional awareness. Through intentional breathing patterns and music, the mind softens while the body moves through its own natural process of release and integration.
At Healing Collective, sessions are facilitated by Meena, a psychotherapist with over a decade of experience supporting emotional healing and personal growth. She is the first and currently the only certified Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitator in India, bringing this emerging breathwork modality to participants seeking deeper emotional clarity and self-awareness.
Within a carefully held space, breath becomes a pathway for the body and mind to process emotions, restore balance, and reconnect with inner intelligence.
