Healing Collective aims to create a fair and transparent process regarding payments and participation.

Program Registration

Registration for programs is confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellations

If a participant is unable to attend a session, they may inform us in advance. Depending on the nature of the program, missed sessions may not always be rescheduled.

Refunds

Program fees are generally non-refundable, as spaces are limited and reserved in advance.

However, in exceptional circumstances, Healing Collective may review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Program Changes or Cancellation by Healing Collective

If a session is cancelled or rescheduled by Healing Collective, participants will be informed and suitable alternatives will be provided where possible.
