With Neelam

Yoga has been practiced in India for centuries as a way to bring the body, breath, and mind into balance. At Healing Collective, this tradition continues through the guidance of Neelam Mamgain, our yoga instructor, whose teaching combines mindful movement, breath awareness, and a welcoming approach suitable for beginners as well as regular practitioners.

In yogic philosophy, well-being is linked to the balance of the five elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space. Through simple asanas, breathwork, and moments of stillness, our practice helps restore this balance, allowing the body to feel grounded, the breath to flow freely, and the mind to settle.

These morning sessions are designed as a gentle way to reconnect with this ancient practice and begin the day with greater steadiness, clarity, and ease.

Soft Mornings - Yoga Sessions
Let Your Morning Breathe and Move

A gentle online yoga practice for those who prefer a slower, calmer start to the day. Soft Mornings focuses on simple stretches, breath awareness, and mindful movement to help you begin the day feeling relaxed and centered.

Tuesday • Thursday • Saturday

7:00 – 8:00 AM
Format: Live Online (Google Meet)

 

Price:

₹2000 per month only

 

Who is it for:
Beginners, people who prefer gentle movement over intense workouts, and anyone looking for a calm and mindful way to start the morning.

After registration, participants receive payment instructions and session access details via email and/or message.
